  • HR Diploma and or relevant experience (minimum 5 years HR experience).
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
  • HR Diploma and relevant experience.
  • Relevant HR/Resource management background beneficial.
  • Knowledge and adherence to data privacy requirements (advantageous).
  • Recruitment experience.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Attention to detail is a pre-requisite.
  • Communication Skills.
  • MS Office applications (Advanced).
  • SAP HR (advantageous).
  • Time management skills.
  • Project / event coordination skills.

  • A working knowledge of employment law and legislation.

ROLE:
  • Managing the offboarding life cycle of TES contractors, end-to-end.
  • Coordinating of Direct referrals with TESs and hiring manager.
  • Coordinating and facilitating of contractor movements (Internal Transfers).
  • Managing the sourcing process by understanding the business requirements, engaging with hiring managers to discuss needs and to ensure they are educated on the correct sourcing process to follow.
  • Managing the advertising of vacant roles within the Business.
  • Scheduling and coordinating of Interviews and Assessments.
  • Providing feedback to TESs on successful and unsuccessful candidates.
  • Tracking of Staffing Information (Tracking of all roles and successful candidates, inclusive of their start dates).
  • Preparing and communicating offer to TES for successful candidate/s.
  • Facilitating the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms.
  • Send weekly updated list of vacancies to the TES's for advertising with correct specifications.
  • Providing monthly reporting for sourcing and offboarding stats to respective stakeholders.
  • Updating folders with new roles that are being advertised and closing off roles that are filled.
  • Providing hiring managers with weekly updates on roles that are currently being advertised in their area.
  • Continuous learning by staying abreast with latest trends and industry best practices.
  • Important: A clear criminal record is required.
