Job SummaryBusiness Insights Analyst: Banking: 6 months FTCThis invitation is for an awesome Business Insights Analyst to join the team and aid understanding it's data through business intelligence tools, data analysis & story-telling and strategic initiative setting.What will you be responsible for:

• Manage team and team deliverables
• People and conflict resolution (including senior stakeholders)
• Understanding, interpreting, presenting of financial, risk, client and other data
• Understand data enough to interrogate accuracy and use data to provide analytics to support business objectives
• Consolidate, analyze, interpret and provide high quality business intelligence and analysis
• Support stakeholders with data, insights, query resolution and ad hoc analysis of data
• Produce targeted reports and presentations that summarize findings and recommendations to inform stakeholder decision-making
• Solve stakeholder needs and drive the strategy for the business by providing insight and managing data analysis and interpretation on strategic issues and business-related challenges
• Seek opportunities to improve business processes and systems by identifying and recommending effective ways to operate and add value to CIB
• Understand how to use PowerBi to gather data, for data-story telling

Must Have's:

• Professional Qualifications/Honour's Degree
• 5+ years' experience in a financial/analytical role within the financial industry
