We are seeking a talented and driven Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining BI solutions that enable our business to leverage data effectively. This role requires a combination of technical skills, business acumen, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support decision-making.
• Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing and monitoring data validation processes.
• Provide ongoing support and training to end-users on BI tools and reports.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest BI trends and technologies to continuously improve our BI capabilities.

• Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years proven experience as a BI Analyst or similar role.
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, or similar.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with data modeling and database design.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R.
• Knowledge of machine learning and predictive analytics.
