Job Description


Overview:As the Business Intelligence Coordinator, you will be the owner of the companyxe2x80x99s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) programme, responsible for the analysis of customer data from various points, which include: our internal CRM; Excel; PowerBI and other relevant inputs as agreed and that they are applicable to providing information that supports customer retention and business growth.Administratively you are responsible for the weekly, monthly sales and marketing reports.. Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the sales CRM program and training to users xe2x80x93 Internal CRM.
  • Design reports and project insight reports as agreed and in support of customer retention and business growth.
  • Consolidate and publish the weekly and monthly customer activity report.
  • Build dashboards and reports for the KSSA team as necessary and relevant to the business needs identified above (retention and growth)
  • Work with PowerBI and Excel to help the sales and marketing team build necessary strategies.
  • Develop a strong working relationship with the finance team to gain insight and understanding to support report building.
  • Support in the execution of our digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
  • Manage relevant marketing and sales SharePoint sites.
  • Other job-related duties as assigned.
Other responsibilities would include:
  • CRM Data Quality Management: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data in the CRM system.
  • Customer Segmentation: Perform customer segmentation analysis to identify key customer groups and tailor strategies accordingly.
  • Sales Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on individual and team sales performance against targets.
  • Customer Feedback Analysis: Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and inform sales strategies.
  • Customer Journey Mapping: Analyze and map customer journeys to identify touchpoints and opportunities for engagement.
  • Sales Training Support: Assist in developing and delivering training materials for sales teams to enhance their use of CRM tools and data analysis techniques.
Qualifications:You are:
  • Strong analytically.
  • Able to work effectively in a diverse team environment with strong interpersonal skills. Majority of work will be with the sales, marketing and finance teams.
  • Excellent in verbal and written communication.
  • Capable of creating spreadsheets, writing detailed reports and know your way around the MS Office Suite.
  • Very proficient in Excel and PowerBI.
  • Able to clean and prepare data for analysis.
  • Able to generate weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Experienced with CRM tools.
Education/Experience:
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, or related fields.
  • Experience in working with a CRM programme will be an advantage.
Language Skills
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication.
  • Must be able to effectively speak in front of large groups.
Reasoning Ability:
  • Ability to analyze and solve complex problems.
Work Environment:
  • The position is office based and located at our South African offices in Olifantsfontein, Gauteng.
  • Typical office environment.
  • Travel may be required. (25%)
