Job Description
Are you a Data Analyst with a knack for business?A telecommunications company is looking to hire a Business Intelligence Analyst & Data Scientist to manage data retrieval and analysis across its organization and subsidiaries. The role involves organizing data flow, facilitating communication between senior management and IT, and analyzing data to address company and business unit needs.Responsibilities:
- Gather business insights from diverse sources, including company data, public records, and purchased databases.
- Draft data collection and processing protocols using SQL.
- Verify accurate data gathering, storage, and reporting.
- Present performance reports on key metrics to management across various divisions.
- Enhance profitability and efficiency of business units by leveraging predictive models and BI reports, as well as identify future campaign markets and strategies to boost sales of existing products.
- Stay updated on industry and business trends by engaging with professional organizations, suppliers, customers, competitors, and other knowledgeable parties.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Min of 3 years experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of data analysis and visualisation tools like SQL, R, Tableau, and Python.
