Business Intelligence Developer (Finance) - Permanent - Johannesburg - Up to R1.02mil per annum.POSITION INFO:A leading organization in Johannesburg is seeking a talented and experienced Business Intelligence Developer to join their dynamic team. This is a permanent opportunity, available immediately, for a skilled professional with a proven track record in the financial sector.Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions using Power BI, Azure, SQL, and ETL processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Create and manage data models, reports, and dashboards to support business decision-making.
• Optimize and troubleshoot existing BI solutions to ensure optimal performance.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve BI capabilities.

Requirements:

• 3-5+ years of experience as a Business Intelligence Developer.
• Strong expertise in Power BI, Azure, SQL, and ETL within a financial environment.
• Degree in IT from a major university in South Africa with excellent Matric results.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
