Certified by the Top Employer Institute 2024.Role Purpose/Business Unit:Given the complexity, scale and pace within the Commercial Operations (COPS) division, this role will be primarily to support the COPS Director to execute on the daily/weekly/monthly deliverables (including reporting), strategic priorities and organisational compliance - with speed, excellence & detail focused. The incumbent must have a strong MI/BI background, expert reporting and data analysis skills, good project management skills, as well as an in-depth knowledge of the business and industry. Ability to work under extreme pressure & deadline driven.Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible for all planning and execution activities for the COPS Director including (but not limited to) Strategic planning, Budgeting & Cost management, Target setting, Performance tracking, Innovation pipeline management, Business management and Project execution
  • Responsible for the consolidation of information and data to produce Group, VSA Exco, Ops and Board reports
  • Orchestrate and manage an effective operating rhythm within the COPS division, continuously optimising in pursuit of agility and impact
  • Ensure best in class end-to-end customer experience delivery through strong cross-functional collaboration with teams and partners
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Matric / Grade 12
  • 3 Year Commercial degree / diploma / (statistics, maths, marketing advantageous)
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience including:
- MI/BI
- Telecommunications Project management
- Managing / building relationships at executive level
  • Expert QlikSense, MS Office, Excel, Power point & data visualization/storytelling skills
