Business Manager - Plush Marketing ~ Operations ~ Commercial
Johannesburg North-GautengOur client, a leading pharmaceutical and FMCG company, is looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Manager to lead their home care brand. This important role involves overseeing all aspects of brand operations, including strategic planning, implementation, pricing, profitability, sales, marketing, and product development. The ideal candidate will have strong project management and leadership skills to effectively manage internal and external stakeholders. You will work closely with various teams, such as sales, operations, supply chain, finance, and category management, to drive the success of the brand.Education and Experience
- Business / Marketing Degree
- Minimum 10 years experience in a senior FMCG role in either Brand Management/Trade Marketing/ Operations environment with a proven track record of managing brands, resources, people and customers
- Home care category experience/exposure essential
- Net revenue management experience/exposure advantageous
- Proven track record of strong project management experience
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills essential
