Job Summary My client is seeking a Business Operations Consultant with FICA experience to attend to day-to-day customer queries and to manage and update the product feature backlog and new enhancements and developments, ensuring business unit readiness to support customers. This is a 6-month contract. Grade 12 1-2 years experience in banking environment. 1-2 years experience in ticket management. Experience in FICA will be advantageous. xc3x82 Core competencies, knowledge, and experience: xc3x82 Presenting and communicating information. Problem solving skills. Project administration. Ticket management. Proactive and driven. Attending to assigned queries in a timeous manner. Meeting the set standards and adhere to the SLAs.
