Job Summary ROB (Rhythm of Business) Landing in Country:
Own landing and execution of Business RoB in Country, drive accountability for adoption across Segments, land local ROB action follow up governance (assigned action owners are accountable for action completion).
Own landing of Relevant Tools usage for Managers - provide coaching, communication, education on available tools and reporting, aligned with Measurement framework and guidelines.
Produce relevant materials (PPTs), etc for weekly and monthly Country ROB Meetings. (General Manager Update; Country Monthly Meeting; Weekly Leadership Team meetings; Sub Area (Regional Business Updates)
Own RoB related Communication framework and execution
Own level weekly Country RoB outcome summary consolidation preparation aligned with regional Templates.
Drive RoB to focus on the right business topics through Standard Deviation aspect as per defined agenda and drive adherence to standard designed structure (resources, summaries, notes, follow-ups, calendar, etc.)
Actively provide and take feedback to/from Regional / Head Office Business Planning Managers on execution, RoB standard views usage, issues and support needed when it comes to MCEM RoB execution.
Drive ROB process simplification without compromising outcomes, provide Country Leadership with recommendations on other local RoB rhythms.
Partner with Country Leadership around orchestration and execution of Country LT Meetings(cadence, format, stakeholders, agenda & content and reporting resources) and in establishing local process to keep owners accountable to the main actions and follow -ups.
Provide Business insights to advise County leadership of execution and growth opportunities.
Support of SubArea LTC Preparation
Provide required input and updates to Regional BPMs for LTC preparation, including Top Deals updates as per LTC Top Deal list
Provide SubArea LT members with Country specific insights as per LTC agenda, as applicable
Executive Visits, All Hands, LT Offsites
Support Country Leadership in preparation and execution of Leadership engagements such as Executive visits to Country.

Support in materials preparation
Support in follow up actions
Compliance
Own the role of Compliance Champ for Sales Enablement and Operations
Provide guidance on available Compliance go-to resources and policies to local team
Support Compliance Audit process and applicable follow up process
Regularly provide SE&O Lead with status on Teams compliance trainings completion progress, follow up on actions towards 100% completion
Country Communication
Own the production of the monthly South Africa communication / Newsletter to be sent to the Region / Head Office
