Business Process and Systems Administrator Port Shepstone - KwaZulu Natal - South AfricaThe role of the Business Process and Systems Administrator is to provide support to the Business in process mapping, Software system coordination and administrative functions for the Beekman Group of companies.These include daily administrative tasks related to the various Operating Software Systems, reporting, User Management and maintenance, the coordination of updates and employee training in collaboration with the Training and Development Department to enable users to operate the system. It requires engagement with relevant stakeholders to understand how and for what the systems are used, and providing the support to keep the systems functioning with as little disruption to the Operations as possible.Key Performance Areas:
