• Spearhead business process analysis and improvement initiatives, particularly in call center operations
• Manage and optimize CRM systems to enhance customer care efficiency
• Drive process automation and digitalization efforts across the organization
• Lead change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new processes
• Develop and implement performance measurement systems for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement organization-wide process enhancements
• Conduct root cause analysis and develop effective countermeasures for process breakdowns
• Design and standardize best practices across various business units

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Business Sciences, Mathematics, or related field (Postgraduate degree advantageous)
• 5+ years of process re-engineering experience, particularly in call center operations
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and process mapping tools
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and project management skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
• Experience with CRM systems, dashboarding tools, and database querying
• Familiarity with coding (Python) and workflow management tools
