The right person in this position will make an impact and a real difference in the success of our clients.Location: Cape Town CBD: We are seeking a talented and experienced Business Process Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Business Process Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and optimizing our organization's business processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and overall performance. This is a key role that requires strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive change within the organization.Responsibilities:

  • Lead the analysis of current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies for optimization.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define business objectives, and prioritize process improvement initiatives.
  • Design and document new business processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
  • Implement process improvement initiatives, monitor their effectiveness, and make adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to leverage technology solutions and automation tools to support business process optimization.
  • Provide training, guidance, and support to employees on new processes and procedures to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of business processes and track progress over time.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to business process management to stay informed and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in business process management, process improvement, or business analysis roles.
  • Experience with PeopleHR
  • Experience with CRM's (Hubspot)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex business processes, identify root causes, and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects to successful completion.
  • Advanced knowledge of process mapping tools, BPMN, Lean Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with process automation, workflow management systems, or business process management (BPM) software is a plus.
