Job Description
Hire Resolve's client in the agriculture industry is urgently seeking the expertise of a Business Relationship Manager in Paarl, Western Cape.Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining strong partnerships with key agricultural clients in your region
- Driving sales through innovative, customer-focused agri solutions
- Actively promoting and selling our full range of agricultural products and services
- Ensuring operational compliance with internal processes and external regulations
- Delivering outstanding service and support that exceeds customer expectations
- Providing market insights and customer feedback to support strategic decisions
- Leveraging data to support meaningful, growth-oriented B2B relationships
- Degree in Agricultural Economics or a related field
- 4+ years' experience in the agri-business sector (packaging materials experience preferred)
- Proven ability in sales management and advanced negotiation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service
- Ability to handle complex challenges with practical, solution-focused thinking
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team
