• Experience in directly delivering large IT transformation programs to customers.
• Involvement in co-creating technical solutions, project implementation plan, steering committees and Change management.
• Good understanding about engineering principles such as automation, DevOps, Quality engineering, software development.
• Very good understanding of software lifecycle and different delivery methodologies
• Advanced project delivery including all aspects of program/project management.
• Experience in Banking, Financial Services and Insurance domain customers.
• Experience working as a senior client/account management in a professional services/consulting organization to include managing an account P&L of > $5 Mn.
• Demonstrated experience driving accelerated growth of 20%/year or greater.
• Proven track record of delivering business solutions and outcomes leveraging technology.
• Experience operating at CXO level, and ability to demonstrate excellent client relationships.
• With an empathetic approach, ability to respond to the needs of stakeholders.
• Solution-based sales helping identify and drive solutions for clients.
• Previous P&L responsibilities
• Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully across all levels of the organization.
• Excellent negotiation, conflict management, problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Proven track record of client/employee satisfaction
