BUSINESS & SALES REPRESENTATIVE - Skin Care, Body Therapies & SlimmingCAPE TOWN & NORTHERN SUBURBS (West Coast, Durbanville etc.) - South AfricaSTART: 01 July 2024REPORT TO: National Sales ManagerTRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:
- Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00
- R14,000 fixed Basic Salary per month
- Commission & Performance Incentives - guaranteed commission as this is an established territory
- Company PETROL card (for business use only)
- Business Cell phone & contract (for business use only)
- Monthly product allocation from our portfolio
- Vehicle maintenance allocation per month
- TOTAL Cost to Company before commission R18,700 Gross
- Applicable Diploma in Skin Care OR Cosmetology OR Somatology OR Dermal Aesthetics
- CIDESCO / ITEC / CIBTAC / SAAHSP / City & Guilds etc.
- Sales driven - this is an active portfolio and the onus is on you to generate the sales and maintain the clients
- Business savvy with confidence working on sales apps & computer
- Own car with insurance and valid driver license is required as you will be traveling
- Ability to work remote
- Able to travel to other provinces when operationally required (at company's expense)
- Follow up on all leads received from H/O
- Offer training and support where required
- Cold calling
- Scheduling visits in advance
- Brand education
- Attend regular strategy meetings with the national team
- Prospecting
