Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Support Intern to join our clients team based in Boksburg. The successful candidate will assist the business support team with a variety of administrative and operational tasks. This role is designed for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who is eager to grow in a fast-paced business environment.Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with daily administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Assist the sales team with various business tasks.
- Generate leads for potential business opportunities through research and outreach.
- Communicate and liaise with clients.
- Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
- Assist with coordinating and scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
- Conduct research and compile data for various projects.
- Assist in the development and implementation of business processes.
- Provide support to different departments as needed, including the sales & Marketing teams along with various departments.
- Help maintain and update company databases and records.
- Recently completed a Bachelors degree in Business Management, Entrepreneurship or equivalent.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer literate.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
