Job Description


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Assist the sales team with various business tasks.
  • Generate leads for potential business opportunities through research and outreach.
  • Communicate and liaise with clients.
  • Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
  • Assist with coordinating and scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Conduct research and compile data for various projects.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of business processes.
  • Provide support to different departments as needed, including the sales & Marketing teams along with various departments.
  • Help maintain and update company databases and records.
Requirements
  • Recently completed a Bachelors degree in Business Management, Entrepreneurship or equivalent.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer literate.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
