You will play a vital role in assisting with business operations, including candidate sourcing and managing business development activities.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment Support: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination of interviews.Client Management: Assist with client onboarding, follow-up communications, and scheduling meetings.Marketing Support: Manage social media (e.g., LinkedIn posts, polls), create email campaigns, and conduct initial outreach.Administrative Tasks: Organize the business owner's diary, set up meetings, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.System Management: Manage CRM systems (Dripify, Placement Box) for lead nurturing, updating contacts, and automation workflows.Experience Requirements:Minimum of 3 years of experience in a recruitment role, including candidate sourcing and screening.Experience in business development or administration.Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., LinkedIn, CRM software) is an advantage.Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.Equipment Requirements:Stable internet connection.Laptop or PC.Any additional software (e.g., Sales Navigator) will be provided.
