As a Business Systems Analyst you will play a crucial role in optimizing our business processes through technology solutions. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across various departments to understand their requirements, analyze existing systems and processes, and design effective solutions to enhance efficiency and drive business growth.Responsibilities:

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements.
• Evaluate existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Design and propose innovative solutions that align with business objectives and technology capabilities.
• Develop detailed functional specifications and user stories for system enhancements and new implementations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and management to ensure successful implementation and integration of solutions.
• Conduct thorough testing of systems and applications to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Provide training and support to end-users during and after implementation phases.
• Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

• Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role in a corporate setting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Solid understanding of business processes, workflows, and enterprise applications.
• Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Proficiency in documenting requirements using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), and other relevant technologies is a plus.
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) is preferred
