Title Business / Systems AnalystWe are looking for a Systems Analyst to join our analyst team, working with our customer on their Customer Value Management (CVM) features within a Telecommunications environment. The analyst will conduct both Business and Systems Analysis of complex requirements, working with multiple technology solutions. Take responsibility for systems analysis by collaborating with the Product Owner, Architects and Developers to deliver new solutions.Responsibilities

• Business and Systems analysis of complex requirements, focus on systems analysis
• Problem solving and Diagnostic work
• Contribute to an Agile team
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects and Developers to resolve issues and ensuring solutions are viable and consistent
• Create and update required documents and JIRA tickets
• Facilitating Business and Functional Design sessions and various meetings with multiple parties
• Facilitate functional and technical walk-through sessions with the development teams.
• Taking responsibility during the sprint cycle to resolve any business and functional related issues
• Keeping abreast of industry developments in area of expertise
• Consistently delivering high quality service to clients
• Management of client relationships (clients are customer and development teams)

Education Required:

• Matric / Grade 12 essential
• 3-year Degree / diploma in Information Technology/ Computer Science/Engineering degree preferred
• Business Analysis course/certification (Highly beneficial)
• Architecture courses/certifications (Beneficial)

Experience Required:

• 5 yearsxe2x80x99 work experience in an analyst role
• Understanding of IT systems integration
• Experience of agile software development

Skills Required:

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to facilitate sessions with a various levels and disciplines of people
• Problem solving skills
