We have a fabulous on-site job opportunity for a Business Unit Director (BUD) to fill a Client Lead role working on innovative, fun tech account at a full-service agency in Cape Town.In this exciting role, you will be one of two senior client leads at the agency - guiding the Client Service team and agency across all departments on the scope and requirement of jobs coming into the agency. You'll also be tasked with taking proactive ownership of the client's account from a business perspective. Ultimately, you'll be responsible for nurturing a robust and enduring working relationship between the agency and the client while identifying areas to optimise and opportunities for growth.The BUD ensures that personal and team objectives are set against business objectives and measured accordingly. In addition to reporting, you will manage client and agency performance reviews.
