B. degree in Business/ Finance or equivalent with about 3-4 year experience as a proven team leader of cross functional teams.xc3x82
Strong understanding of the full business life-cycle from profit and loss, annual planning and growth strategies.
A hands on Manager not afraid to be a strong, resilient leader. As well as get involved in new business generation, developing and maintaining customer relationships (client centric mind set), establishing the yearly business plan, overseeing operating activities to ensure good customer service and cost objectives are met, contract negotiation.xc3x82
