Job Description
We have a position for a Business Unit Manager to work in various locations in South Africa. Candidate must preferably have experience in Precast Concrete Manufacturing Environment.xc2xb7 Grade 12 or relevant NQF4 equivalent.xc2xb7 Relevant tertiary technical qualification.5+ years experience in precast concrete manufacturing environment.Effective and complete running of production, mechanical, technical, industrial relations, safety and training of employees in the Business Unit, Including:
- Business & production planning and management against budgets.
- Manage efficient response in respect of business and operational contingencies.
- Proactively implement effective business, team and individual performance management across the business.
- Effectively implement a xe2x80x9czero harmxe2x80x9d safety strategy across the business, and ensure full compliance to all safety legislation, regulations, policies and guidelines.
- Ensure Quality management of all processes across the Business Unit.
- Ensure good corporate governance and effective financial management of the business.
- Manage human resources and labour relations issues.
- Deliver positive HSE results
