WILCON Recruitment is looking for an experienced Butler to join a prestigious 5-star safari lodge in Hoedspruit. This role requires a highly professional and service-oriented individual with a passion for luxury hospitality. Key Responsibilities: Provide personalized, high-level guest service and attention to detail Oversee and manage in-room dining, beverage service, and guest preferences Ensure all guest areas are impeccably maintained and presented Assist with luggage handling, unpacking services, and special requests Coordinate with other lodge departments to ensure seamless guest experiences Requirements: Previous experience as a Butler in a 5-star luxury lodge, hotel, or similar high-end environment Strong knowledge of fine dining, wine service, and guest etiquette Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Professional, discreet, and well-groomed appearance Ability to anticipate guest needs and go above and beyond expectations.
