Job Description
A world-class wine estate is looking for an exceptional BUTLERREQUIREMENTS:
- Must have matric and a butler qualification
- Valid South African drivers license with a clean record and a PDP
- Proven experience in a similar role in a luxury hospitality setting
- The candidate must be courteous, professional, efficient, flexible and offer personalized service at all times
- Always well groomed with a pleasant demeanour
- Must be willing to create memorable experiences for the guests
- Well-spoken and able to communicate on all levels
- Must be fully computer literate. Experience with OPERA will be beneficial
- Must be a team player and collaborate well with all team members and other departments
- Must perform all their duties with a sense of priority and dedication
- Strong knowledge of the local area; a guiding qualification is a bonus
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency in English is required. An additional language is advantageous
- Willingness to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required
- The ability to think quickly, adapt to changing circumstances, and provide solutions to meet guest needs is crucial
