Responsible for :

Place orders with suppliers
Obtain delivery notes and store receipts from receiving stores for both raw materials and maintenance and match invoice
Place foreign orders for the maintenance department
Instruct the supplier and forwarding agent on the delivery method (air or sea freight)
Update diesel spreadsheet and add purchase orders on ABACA for outwork purchases
Analyse raw material count to replenish stock where necessary
Follow up on late deliveries
Process the issues for raw material used for the month on JDE
Assist in physical stock taking

Requirements

Job Type: Full-time Salary: R25,000.00 per month
