Oversee the procurement and planning of pharmaceutical finished goods, ensuring optimal stock levels.
Develop and maintain relationships with international suppliers, ensuring compliance with global trade regulations.
Manage the purchasing of controlled substances, adhering to strict regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand, analyze inventory trends, and enhance supply chain efficiency.
Monitor supplier performance, negotiate contracts, and resolve supply chain disruptions.
Ensure accurate procurement documentation, including purchase orders, supplier agreements, and compliance records.
Work closely with logistics and regulatory teams to facilitate seamless import processes.
Minimum Requirements:
Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, or a related field.
CIPS qualification will be an advantage.
Minimum of 3 years in a Buyer/Planner role within the pharmaceutical industry.
Experience managing international suppliers and finished goods in a global supply chain.
Exposure to controlled substances procurement and regulatory compliance.
Strong understanding of inventory management practices and ERP systems.
