We are seeking a Buyers Clerk to assist with our procurement and purchasing functions. This role involves handling administrative tasks, managing data entry, and supporting Buyers to ensure smooth and efficient operations.Required Qualifications:

  • Matriculation certificate
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative role
Key Responsibilities:
  • Capture and manage procurement and purchasing data
  • Resolve branch queries
  • Record and analyze statistics
  • Perform general administrative duties
  • Assist Buyers with procurement tasks
  • Knowledge of Syspro
  • Proficient in computer applications
  • Advanced skills in Excel, including spreadsheets, graphs, and formulas

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Effective team collaboration
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Proactive and innovative approach
