- Self-motivated, hands-on with code
- Have the brains to implement good and efficient/quality code in good time
- A quick learner in terms of business processes, ability to digest complexities turning requirements and specs into implemented developed solid solutions
- Structured motivated individual that can do the work instead of a big mouth
- Love to create something and seeing it in action
