CA (SA) or CFA Structured Solutions Analyst, International Finanacial Services Group, Cape Town, South Africa.POSITION INFO:Our client, a renowned Internation Financial Services Group providing specialised financial solutions and advisory services to businesses and high net worth individuals in South Africa is URGENTLY seeking to appoint a suitably qualified or CFA Structured Solutions Analyst to be based in their Cape Town CBD Offices.PLEASE NOTE:

• A negotiable salary commensurate with experience is on offer.

• At minimum a CA (SA) newly qualified or CFA Level 3.
• Strong academic results and financial background (essential).
• Familiar with financial statement analysis, financial modelling, stakeholder management and communications(essential).
• Exceptional communication both written and spoken (essential).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (essential).
• National Credit Act, JSE listing requirements, securitisation regulations, secured and unsecured borrowing and lending agreements (beneficial).
• Audit experience in financial institutions team (xe2x80x9cFISTxe2x80x9d) (beneficial).
• Personal interest in and passion for financial markets (beneficial).

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as front office teams, risk management,

, legal, and compliance, to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the transaction lifecycle. * Conduct initial credit, financial and data analysis to support decision making process.

• Conduct market research, financial modelling, and feasibility analysis.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, to ensure smooth transaction execution and relationship development.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends, market conditions and client dynamics.
• Maintain CRM with details of meetings, relevant opportunities and action items.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
• Prepare external presentations, internal credit papers, external credit information, data analysis, and financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
• Present transactions to the deal forum and the Merchant West Credit Committee, under the guidance of the Senior Structured Solutions Transactor.
• Provide transaction and middle office support to ensure smooth operations and efficient presentation and execution of debt financing transactions.
• Review and prepare accurate and timely internal reporting, as defined or required from time to time.
