Job Description
We are seeking a skilled CAD Operator with expertise in Autodesk Inventor to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, modifying, and managing detailed 2D and 3D models of mechanical components and systems. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong technical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with engineers and designers.Minimum Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CAD Operator with proficiency in Autodesk Inventor
- Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and drafting standards
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Develop and revise detailed 2D and 3D CAD models using Autodesk Inventor
- Interpret engineering sketches, specifications, and related data to produce accurate and precise technical drawings
- Collaborate with engineers and designers to understand project requirements and translate them into detailed design plans
- Ensure that all CAD designs adhere to company standards and industry best practices
- Manage and maintain an organized CAD file system
- Conduct quality checks on all drafted models to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Assist in the preparation of documentation for manufacturing and assembly processes
