Skin Cancer Screening Outreach Coordinator (Health Professional)Do you have a passion for public health and raising awareness about skin cancer? If so, this role is for you!We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic health professional to join our team as an Oncology Screening Coordinator. In this role, you will play a vital role in promoting early detection of skin cancer by making outbound calls to educate individuals about the importance of skin cancer screening and scheduling appointments for convenient screenings at our facilities.Responsibilities:Conduct outbound calls to a designated list of individuals to raise awareness about skin cancer risks and benefits of screening.Effectively communicate information about skin cancer in a clear, concise, and professional manner.Answer questions and address concerns regarding skin cancer and screenings.Schedule appointments for skin cancer screenings at our convenient locations.Document all call interactions and outcomes in our electronic health record system.May collaborate with healthcare providers and other team members on outreach initiatives.Qualifications:Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to educate and motivate individuals.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with patients over the phone.Proficient in using CRM systems.A passion for public health and skin cancer prevention is a plus.Experience in outreach and education programs is preferred.Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to make a positive impact on public health.Work in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.Be part of a team dedicated to providing quality patient care.
