We're hiring! Consumer Links are currently recruiting Customer Service agents for an exciting new US campaign. We're looking for experienced Customer Service agents to be a part of our ongoing journey to greatness.

Skills and Competencies
- Computer Literate.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organize and focused.
- Experience in Webchat within a call centre environment.
- Ability to work US shifts (weekends included) (3:00 AM - 15:00 PM).
- Experience in Webchat.
- Minimum of 12 months customer care experience within a contact centre environment.
- Reliable transportation to Mount Edgecombe.
- Excellent email etiquette.
- The ability to communicate with customers.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
*Salary: R6 000 basic + R750 attendance bonus + R750 Nightshift allowance
Ability to commute:
Mount Edgecombe, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required).
