Call Centre Agent Debt Consultants

We're hiring! Consumer Links are currently recruiting as we continue to grow our partnership with one of the largest IVA firms in the UK. Preferably, we're looking for consultants with experience working in the UK financial services industry, particularly insolvency or debt management.

Skills and Competencies
- Computer literate
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organized and focused
- Minimum of 6 months inbound/outbound sales experience within a call centre.
- IVA experience is preferred
- Knowledge of various sales techniques and objection handling
- Comfortable working with targets
- Must be willing to work a UK shift and weekends
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and critical- thinking skills
- Well spoken
- Excellent rapport building skills and empathetic
- UK rotational shift (TBC)
- R7 500+ 750 Attendance bonus + 750 shift allowance + Uncapped commission
- Mount Edgecombe, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required).
