Job Description
A client of ours within the Insurance Sector is looking for vibrant and ambitious call centre agents to join their offices in the Eastrand of Johannesburg.Requirements:
- National Senior Certificate
- 2-5 years experience working in similar industry
- Making outbound calls
- Handle new policy sales and renewal sales
- Build rapport with clients
- Assist clients with suitable policy cover for their needs
- Explain policy terms thoroughly to the clients
- Maintain client records
- Work according to company policies
