- Grade 12
- Experience in cold calling, telesales, or lead generation, ideally in a B2B environment
- A track record of success in commission-based roles.
- A highly desirable background in working with electrical contractors or knowledge of industrial products.
- Strong persuasion skills, handling objections, and a results-driven mindset are essential.
- You must be comfortable using CRM systems to track leads, manage follow-ups, and maintain detailed records.
