Keen eye for details, strong resolution and problem solving skills.Key Results Areas include:Represent the customer to the rest of the business - Customer AdvocateDemonstrate excellent product and system knowledgeHandle client queries regarding existing policies and other enquiriesAssisting clients with queriesSolving complaintsUpdating clients informationMust have experience within the Tele-sales environmentExperience & Competencies:Must have inbound and outbound experienceGood reading abilities as some roles require scripted questionsFlexible and adaptable to working hours ShiftsPersuasive negotiation skillsIntermediate computer skillsExcellent communication both oral and writtenApplying customer service/care principles to all callsWorking with PeopleAbility to learn and grasp informationMinimum 1-year previous call center experience (Preferred)Excellent listening skillsCustomer CentricityResults orientatedA team playerProactive and self-motivatedResilient, determined and resourceful
