Job Description

We are looking for Call Takers/Call Centre Agents for our towing company.

Minimum Requirements



Grade 12 certificate or equivalent. 1 - 2 years experience in a call centre environment. Availability to work standby shifts and weekends. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans. Computer literate with proven Excel experience. Ability to multitask and handle pressure. Previous experience in the towing sector would be an added advantage. Applicants must reside in Parow, Goodwood, Milnerton and surrounding areas.
CV's must state work history with dates and contain contactable references.

Copies of ID and qualification certificates must be included.

Pay: R6000,00 - R8000,00 per month
