Working Hours

: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM

We are looking for an energetic and highly motivated Sales Representative to join our fast-paced telecommunications call center team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our telecommunication services, and closing sales to meet company targets. Key Responsibilities

:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers, selling telecommunication services such as internet, mobile plans, and bundled packages. Achieve and exceed sales targets, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the CRM system.

Skills and Qualifications

:

Proven experience in sales. Excellent communication skills Ability to manage rejection with resilience and maintain a positive attitude. Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. Proficient in using CRM software, telecommunication tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. Self-motivated, energetic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
