Minimum Requirements:
xc2xb7 Grade 12.
xc2xb7 5 years minimum experience in campaign management and call strategies.
xc2xb7 Experience in a call centre environment that deals with Collections.
xc2xb7 Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook. Good in Excel, Excalibur, AJS and management of data.
xc2xb7 Speak or understand Afrikaans.Experience Required:
xc2xb7 Setting up of call campaigns, SMS and emails.
xc2xb7 Analysing books and assist with the development and implementation of collection strategies in the Bank Department.
xc2xb7 Ensuring that collection strategies are adhered to by staff members.
xc2xb7 Ensuring that collections strategies are reviewed and adapted in line with operational requirements and client expectations.
xc2xb7 Identifying and initiating actions and campaigns to optimise collections in the department.
xc2xb7 Identifying and initiating actions to reduce the exposure on the total book of the department.
xc2xb7 Providing stats to the client and attending meetings.
xc2xb7 Assist with handling and resolving queries.
xc2xb7 Assist with managing staff members, monitoring their performance and identifying coaching or training needs.
xc2xb7 Assist with quality assessments of calls and administrative functions of staff members in the call centre.
xc2xb7 Assist with reports and assessments.
xc2xb7 Assist with ad hoc managerial functions as and when required by management or operational requirements.
xc2xb7 Ability to handle pressure & strong in admin
xc2xb7 Ability to handle difficult clients/debtors.
xc2xb7 Speak or understand Afrikaans.
