We're hiring! Consumer Links are currently recruiting a Team Leader for a USA Customer Services Campaign. We're looking for an experienced Team Leader (who's happy to work USA hours!) to be part of our journey to greatness.

Required experience:
- Minimum of 2 years team leader experience
- Ability to work US shifts
- Ability to manage/coach a team of up to 10 agents
- Excellent motivational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to analyse and interrogate data and reports, on a CRM or Excel
- Team oriented
- Reliable transport to Mount Edgecombe
- Will be an ambitious, self-driven, go-getter, who takes initiative and who is willing and able to run with their daily / monthly targets
Market Related, Will be discussed in the interview stage.
Ability to commute:
- Mount Edgecombe, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required).
