The Call Operator and Billing Administrator will be responsible for handling incoming calls, providing exceptional service to customers, and managing billing processes efficiently. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and manage incoming calls in a professional manner.
Respond to request of customers, schedule appointments and give feedback to customers
Dispatch Technicians on a day to day basis as per workload. Liaison between customers and technicians.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing, account information, and payment issues.
Process billing statements accurately and in a timely manner.
Update customer accounts with new information or changes as needed.
Maintain a high level of customer service and strive to meet customer satisfaction goals.
Work closely with other departments to ensure accurate billing and resolve customer issues promptly.
Keep detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions.
Inform customers of the payment policy and ensure that the technician reflects it accordingly.

Pay: Up to R4950,00 per month
