BEAUTY Spa Manager needed North West Province

The Spa Manager must be extremely sales and business-orientated, confident working with large groups and wellness packages
FULL Health & Skincare Qualifications
4-5 previous experience working in a luxury Lodge or Resort Spa environment as a Therapist
2-5year minimum working experience in a Management role.
Confident and competent to perform all face & body treatments and home-care recommendations.
Additional holistic practises, such as Yoga, Pilates, Meditative Breathwork advantageous.
Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language.
Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel) and experienced in spa software management (CHI Desk advantageous).
Product knowledge of BABOR, Six & OPI with great skincare knowledge is very important
MUST be able to administer professional Massage, Facial, and Beauty treatments to guests and manage the Daily Operations of the Spa, including setting Admin reports and procedures.
MUST have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Team management and customer service experience is a MUST.
Must be well-groomed, mature, and responsible.
MUST have own reliable transport to travel to and from
REMUNERATION

Basic Salary: R10 000 + 10% commission on Services & Retail.
Performance Bonus on reaching set targets.
Single occupancy live-in positions with daily staff meals.
Work Cycle of 3 weeks on, 1 week off OR 1 day off for every 3 days work (depending on operational needs)
