Responsibilities:

Prepare welcome and departure notes for guests
Check guests in and manage dietaries, or any other special requests
Meet all guests, check-ins, check outs, hosting guests and site-inspections
Ensure all organizational requirements are planned for and executed on a daily basis
Ensure brand standards are always maintained in all areas that make up the guest experience
Plan, action and create guest delights
Check set ups for breakfast, lunch and dinner
Make sure the main area is always tidy
Host guests at meal times and check smooth running of service from the kitchen and butler
Work closely with butlers and Lodge Managers to maintain a high service standard
Monthly stock takes, issuing stock and any stock orders that need to be done
Assist with general administrative work, including guest bills, day-sheets and gratuities
Keep open communication with all departments and allow information to run through freely
Help Assistant Lodge Manager with Lodge Operations when the Lodge manager goes on leave
Check Arrival Rooms and ensure they are to standard before guests arrive
Assist with the Safari Shop when required
