Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a passionate and upcoming Camp Manager for a Luxury 5* Lodge in the Kruger National Park. This pivotal role involves supporting the General Manager and Lodge Manager. Key Responsibilities:
Update General and Lodge Managers on property operations.
Hosting site inspections, engaging with the market, and managing journalist relations.
Maintain property and service standards.
Facilitate departmental meetings and assist in vacant Head of Department positions.
Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings to enhance guest experience.
Address guest queries and complaints constructively and promptly.
Collect and communicate guest information for personalized service.
Act on guest preferences to improve their experience.
Report all guest complaints promptly.
Requirements:
3+ years of hospitality experience.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Track record of meeting targets.
Luxury customer service knowledge.
Valid Code 08 driver's license.
Strong guest-focused philosophy aligned with the company brand.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Strong attention to detail and proactive approach.
