Coordinate guest check-ins, dietary requirements, and special requests.
Host guests during the day and evenings, ensuring a high level of service.
Supervise housekeeping, butlers, and bar staff to maintain service excellence.
Ensure all guest areas are styled and maintained according to company standards.
Oversee safari shop operations, including stock control and sales.
Assist with financial duties, including guest billing and monthly cash-ups.
Conduct daily briefings and liaise with all departments to ensure seamless operations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and maintain high energy levels.
Previous experience in luxury hospitality, ideally in a safari lodge setting.
