Camp Manager & Trails Guide Couple - Northern CapeFull job descriptionJD Specialized Recruitment is currently partnering with a High-End Exclusive 5* Bush Camp in the Northern Cape, who are currently looking for a highly experienced and guest centric CAMP MANAGER & TRAILS GUIDE COUPLE to join their team.Camp Manager Requirements and Experience:Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or equivalent beneficial.It is imperative to have at least 5 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in a similar position in a high-end bush lodge environment.Sound knowledge of Camp/Lodge operations both BOH and FOH.Experience in developing, implementing, and monitoring SOPxe2x80x99s.Strong financial acumen.Stock inventory and stock management skills essentials.Previous experience on PMS and POS systems essential, knowledge of PANSTRAT would be an added advantage.Exceptional eye for detail, extremely guest centric and passion for delivering World Class Service. Fine-Dining experience is non-negotiable.Strong leadership, delegation, organisation, and problem-solving skills.Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.Valid driverxe2x80x99s license is essential.Trails Guide Requirements and Experience:5 years plus experience at a 5* luxury propertyLead Trails preferred but candidates close to completing this qualification will be considered.FGASA Level 3 preferred but no less than Level 2 (Non-negotiable)ARH & Rifle proficiency / SAPS Competency CertificateValid Driverxe2x80x99s license, PrDP and First Aid Level 2 essentialCATHSSETA /DEAT RegisteredPhotography skills would be beneficial.Physically fit, charismatic, and confidentExcellent communication and organizational skillsStable employment history and contactable referenceStart Date: ASAPSalary: Excellent package on application with live-in benefits.PLEASE NOTE - We would appreciate it if you could read the requirements before applying.
