We are hiring a Campaign Coordinator to join our amazing activate team in Cape Town!
Your roles and responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
Coordination
Coordinate and brief rollout plan to BA's and Affiliates on new campaigns and creative changes of existing campaigns.
Drive implementation and ensure BA's and Affiliates deliver and execute campaigns on budget, on time, on brief and meet deadlines.
Ensure effective liaison of campaign stakeholders (e.g. retail, malls, ranks and event planners).
Manage and keep track of all planned /active/new campaigns.
Ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
Payments
Ensure wages and affiliate invoices are drafted and submitted timeously and verify against campaign briefs, budgets and deliverables.
Promotional staff management
Coordinate staff recruitment, bookings, training, placement and managed as per the campaign criteria and/or area requirements.
Ensure recruitment is continuous to keep a high level of promoter staff on our books.
Campaign reporting
Ensure BA's submit reports timeously and QC within campaign reporting timelines quality control campaign photos to show proof of execution, interaction and quality display.
Execution excellence
Monitor campaign logistics and courier sequence to ensure timeous delivery and execution.
Manage BA's output against campaign objectives and deliverables (Incl. punctuality, sales skills, communication skills, behaviour, and work ethics)
REQUIREMENTS
Matric
Marketing diploma or degree
Computer skills (MS word, Excel, Ms PowerPoint, Email, and Internet research)
Advanced computer skills advantageous (Canva or similar, AI tools)
