The Campaign Specialist is responsible for executing the business unit's strategy and objectives by
designing and implementing both voice and non-voice campaigns. This role involves monitoring strategies
such as calls and SMS, as well as enhancing and tracking performance within the collection's environment.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Minimum Matric qualification is mandatory.
Relevant tertiary qualification is an advantage.
At least 2 years' collections strategy experience and managing dialler solution software.
Excalibur Collection Systems experience.
MS Office Suite skills - 4+ years.
Advanced MS Excel - 1,5 years' experience.
PowerPoint skills - 2 years' experience.
Duties:
Create, maintain, and manage dialing lists and campaigns.
Ensure that dialer frequencies and settings lead to maximum lead penetration ratios.
Implement scheduled campaigns (SMS, Email) in accordance with departmental standard operating procedures and or stakeholder requirements.
Communicate with management and business users daily to define, monitor, and implement strategies and initiatives to optimise call centre performance.
Ensure efficiency of resources by providing a strategic campaign plan to optimise effective use of all current tools i.e., WhatsApp, Dialler, SMS etc.
Attending to all campaigns collections strategies processes timeously and accurately.
Report daily, weekly and monthly on performance measures and provide insights which will inform strategic direction in terms of collections focus.
Assist with the implementation of special projects.
